HOTEL PARTNERSHIP PRICING STRUCTURE
Option A: Commission Model (Recommended)
- Retail Price: Rates above + 20% markup
- Your Commission: 20% of total fare
- Example: Vernon-YLW SUV = $285 net, $342 retail → You earn $57
Option B: Direct Net Rates
- You bill guest at your discretion (suggested 25-35% markup)
- You pay us the net rate above within 15 days
- Your Margin: 25-35%
Option C: Volume Discounts (For heavy users)
- 10+ transfers/month: 5% off net rates
- 20+ transfers/month: 10% off net rates
- Seasonal contract (pre-paid): 12% off

When presenting to hotels, explain the pricing this way:
“Our rates reflect Vernon-based operations with true luxury service standards:”
Deadhead Positioning: Unlike Kelowna-based operators, we drive from Vernon to YLW/Kamloops for every pickup (45-90 minutes empty), then transport guests, then return to Vernon. Each “one-way” transfer actually involves 2-4 hours of vehicle time.
Premium Fleet Costs: Luxury SUVs (Suburban/Navigator) run $90,000-$110,000+; commercial insurance for passenger transport in BC is $12,000-$18,000/year per vehicle; professional Class 4 drivers command $28-$35/hour.
All-Inclusive Service: Unlike taxis or rideshares, our rates include flight monitoring, meet-and-greet, luggage assistance, and guaranteed availability (we don’t cancel due to surge pricing or weather).
Ski Resort Premium: Silver Star and Big White access requires mountain driving experience, winter tires (mandatory), and carries higher insurance/liability costs—reflected in resort pricing.
Market Positioning: We compete with Uber Black ($220-$260 YLW-Vernon) and Pacific Western/BC Connector (shared shuttle $85/person, no privacy), but offer middle-ground luxury: private vehicle, professional service, fixed rates.
